The short version.
The preview is free. You pay only when you order a print or a file.
Redo
If the portrait does not look like your pet, we redo it once for free with another style or another photo. You do not pay for a portrait you do not want to hang.
Prints
Every print is made to order. If it arrives damaged, send a photo within 14 days and we remake it at our cost.
Use
The standard price covers personal use. Commercial licences are available on request.
